Description

Heizungstechnik Lieferung, Montage und eigene Werkplanung aller Komponenten, die zur geplanten Heizungsanlage der sechszügigen Realschule gehören. Für die notwendige Wärmeerzeugung sorgt, in dem geplanten System, eine Sole-Wasser Wärmepumpenanlage. Diese besteht aus drei gleichgroßen Maschinen mit jeweils mind.180 kW Wärmeleistung. Die Energiequelle der Anlage ist bereits umgesetzt worden. Das bereits bauseits erstellte Erdsondenfeld mit 80 Sonden á 120 m sorgt für den erforderlichen Energieaustausch. In den Sommermonaten wird Umweltwärme wieder in das Erdreich eingetragen und dabei das Gebäude sowohl passiv als auch, wenn nötig, aktiv gekühlt. Versorgt wird über die Anlage eine 12.500 m2 große Fußbodenheizung und die drei großen Lüftungszentralen mit in Summe fünf Lüftungsgeräten im Kellergeschoss. Die hydraulische Regelung erfolgt über den Hersteller der Wärmepumpen, mit Aufschaltung auf eine Gebäudeleittechnik Die Einzelraumregelung hingegen wird über den Hersteller der GLT geregelt und in einem weiteren LV ausgeschrieben. Die Verlegung der Edelstahl-Rohrleitungen zur Verteilung der Wärme erfolgt in der abgehängten Decke der jeweiligen Etage.
