Description

Die Caritas-Klinik St. Anna gGmbH möchte die Caritas-Klinik St. Anna (ehemals Malteser-Krankenhaus) in Berlin-Charlottenburg weiter energetisch modernisieren. Die Liegenschaft besteht aus dem eigentlichen Krankenhaus mit 97 Planbetten (im Laufe 2026 werden 12 zusätzliche Planbetten zur Verfügung stehen) auf einer Fläche vom 9.330 m² NGF, das 1966 erbaut und dessen Fenster und die Außenwand in den Jahren 2014-2016 energetisch aufgewertet wurde. Zudem wurde die Klinik um einen Anbau ergänzt. 2025 wurden einige wenige Planbetten in bestehenden Räumen zugebaut. Das benachbarte Pflegeheim Haus Malta mit einer Fläche vom 2.673 m² NGF und 51 Pflegeplätzen, das ebenfalls 1966 erbaut und das 2006 komplett saniert wurde, wird medientechnisch mitversorgt.
