BEW Berliner Energie und Waerme GmbH (BEW) plans to extend the Friedrichshagen heating plant in Berlin. The two existing hot water generators are to be supplemented by an additional hot water boiler (HWE 3) with an ECO unit, adding 10 MWth of thermal capacity to secure future supply of the district heating network. The new boiler will be installed in the machine house next to the existing boilers. Operation must be autonomous via the supplied control cabinet, in 72 h BoB mode. The scope covers supply of the boiler, largely pre-assembled and with all necessary operating equipment, placement onto the designated foundation inside the building, and commissioning by the supplier after site-side connection. Compliance with applicable directives, laws and standards such as DGRL, BetrSichV and DIN EN is required. Location: BHKW Friedrichshagen, Stillerzeile 10/12, 12587 Berlin.
