Description

Vergabe von Fachplanungsleistungen für die Technische Ausrüstung der Anlagengruppen 1 bis 6 und 8 gemäß § 53 HOAI in den Leistungsphasen 3 - 9 zzgl. besondere Leistungen gemäß der Anlage 15 Nr. 15.1 HOAI. Die Bürgerhospital und Clementine Kinderhospital gemeinnützige GmbH plant die Nutzungsänderung eines derzeit ungenutzten Operationsbereich im Bürgerhospital Frankfurt am Main zugunsten von Büroflächen und der Abteilung Interventionelle Radiologie. Da es sich um eine Bauaufgabe mit geringem Umfang handelt und der Auftraggeber bereits eine detaillierte Auseinandersetzung mit seinen Anforderungen vorgenommen hat (vgl. Anlage B2 und B3), wird direkt mit der Leistungsphase 3 gemäß HOAI gestartet. Es werden die Leistungen der LPH: 3-4, LPH: 5-8, LPH 9 gem. HOAI zur Planung des Umbaus in drei Stufen vergeben. Eine genaue Beschreibung des Projekts ist dem Dokument B-Projektbeschreibung zu entnehmen.
