Description
Die Leistung umfasst die Lieferung der erforderlichen Hardware, Lizenzen und Subskriptionsleistungen sowie die Migration, Implementierung, Dokumentation, Mitarbeitereinweisung sowie die anschließende Erbringung eines Managed Systemservices. Der Auftragnehmer verpflichtet sich, die vereinbarten Systemserviceleistungen beginnend mit dem Tag nach der Abnahme des Gesamtsystems zu erbringen. Die Mindestvertragsdauer beträgt ein Jahr. Darüber hinaus gelten die Regelungen der EVB-IT System-AGB.
