Description

Kauf von Hardware Sicherheitsmodulen mit Betriebssystemsoftware (Firmware) und Instandhaltung der Hardware sowie Support aufgeteilt in 2 Losen. Gegenstand der ausgeschriebenen Leistung ist der Kauf von Hardware Sicherheitsmodulen mit Betriebssystemsoftware (Firmware) und Instandhaltung der Hardware sowie Support. Die konkrete Losaufteilung und die entsprechenden Leistungsgegenstände gliedern sich wie folgt: Los 1: HSM Typ "Utimaco" (CP5 und General Purpose) Los 2: HSM herstellerneutral (General Purpose HSM mit CC-Zertifizierung nach eIDAS sowie HSMs mit VS-NfD-Zulassung) Nähere Informationen zum Leistungsgegenstand können der den Vergabeunterlagen beigefügten Leistungsbeschreibungen (Anlage 1, Los 1 und Los 2) entnommen werden. Die Beauftragung zur Überlassung der unter diesem Vertrag erbrachten Leistungen erfolgt grundsätzlich durch die Bundesdruckerei GmbH. Neben der Bundesdruckerei GmbH kann der Abruf in Ausnahmefällen auch durch sekundäre Auftraggeber erfolgen. Diese umfassen die mit der Bundesdruckerei Gruppe GmbH beziehungsweise deren Tochterunternehmen gemäß §§ 15 ff. AktG verbundenen Unternehmen gemäß Anlage 5 zu diesem Vertrag ("sekundäre Auftraggeber") und solche Unternehmen, die aus diesen Unternehmen hervorgehen. Nach aktuellem Stand kommen als sekundäre Auftraggeber neben der Bundesdruckerei GmbH damit folgende Unternehmen in Betracht: D-Trust GmbH genua GmbH iNCO Sp. z o.o. Xecuro GmbH Maurer Electronics GmbH Maurer Electronics Split d. o.o Unter dem Vorbehalt der Zustimmung durch den Auftragnehmer können als sekundäre Auftraggeber auch sämtliche, zu einem späteren Zeitpunkt hinzutretende nach § 15 ff. AktG verbundene Unternehmen gelten.
