1 Stück Kristallorientierungstool (IISB.WP4.2) Das Gerät ist ein röntgenbasiertes Ausrichtungs- und Kristallmontagesystem zur präzisen Ausrichtung einzelner AlN- oder GaN-Volumenkristalle vor einem Mehrdrahtsägeprozess. Das System sollte Vorrichtungen zur geeigneten Montage der Kristalle umfassen, damit diese zur Mehrdrahtsäge transportiert und dort in einem bestimmten Winkel zur kristallographischen c-Achse geschnitten werden können. Die Systeme sollten außerdem in der Lage sein, die lokale Ausrichtung der c-Ebene relativ zur Oberfläche von polierten und geschliffenen Wafern sowie die Halbwertsbreite von Rocking-Kurven unter symmetrischen und asymmetrischen Messbedingungen automatisiert abzubilden. Optionen: 1.9: Kleben mehrerer Kristalle Mindestens 3 Kristalle aus dem gleichen Material (Material gemäß 1.1) und mit den in 1.2 beschriebenen Abmessungen können ausgerichtet und auf denselben Sägeblock geklebt werden.
