Das Bürgerhaus Wilhelmsburg, ein zentraler kultureller Treffpunkt im Stadtteil Wilhelmsburg, soll einer umfassenden Teilmodernisierung unterzogen werden. Ziel der Maßnahmen ist die Erneuerung und Anpassung wesentlicher Gebäudekomponenten an den aktuellen Stand der Technik und Sicherheit. Im Rahmen der Modernisierung sind unter anderem folgende Komponenten der Trockenbauarbeiten umzusetzen: 01 Baustelleneinrichtung 02 Sanierung Abhangdecke Foyer Saal + Restaurant (u.a.: Raumgerüst, Abhangdecken, Deckenbohrungen) 03 Windfang Wasserseite - Innenausbau (u.a.: Flankendämmung, Dämmung unter Außentreppe, Abhangdecken) 04 Flächenaustausch (u.a.: GKB-Ständerwand, Trockenbauwände, Vorsatzschale, elastische Verfugung, Revisionsklappen, Schallabsorbierende Wandpaneele, Akustikdeckensystem aus Glaswolle, WC-Trennwandsystem, Glastrennwand) 05 WC Sanierung Künstlergarderobe (u.a.: Abhangdecken, Duschtrennwände) 06 Sanierung AHD + Dämmung der Loggien im Außenbereich 07 Austausch Holzlamellen (u.a.: punktuelles Erneuern der senkrechten Holzlamelle Bestand für TGA-Maßnahmen) 08 Austausch Abhangdecken-Platten Flure + Foyer 09 Innentüren in Massiv- & Leichtbauweise 10 Sonstiges Weitere Informationen entnehmen Sie bitte den Vergabeunterlagen.
