Description

Auf dem Campus der Universitätsmedizin Mannheim sollen ver?schiedene Baumaßnahmen zur Neustrukturierung des Universitäts?klinikums durchgeführt werden. Das Haus 25 (Apotheke) soll um drei Ebenen aufgestockt werden, um zusätzliche Funktionalitäten aus anderen Häusern aufnehmen zu können. Die labortechnischen Bereiche der klinischen Chemie, Mikrobiologie und Hygiene und der Pathologie, mit Ausnahme der Prosektur, werden unter Berücksichtigung der Nutzung von Synergieeffekten in Haus 25 zusammengefasst. Haus 25 befindet sich am Rande der Liegenschaft der Universitäts?medizin Mannheim und angrenzend an die Hauptverkehrsstraße (Käfertalerstrasse/ Röntgenstraße). Die Bauarbeiten finden im direkten Umfeld und über der Apotheke auf dem Klinikgelände statt. Die Apotheke befindet sich während der Baumaßnahme im Betrieb. Daher sind zwingend staubbindende Maßnahmen bei stauberzeugenden Arbeiten vorzunehmen; diese sind mit den Einheitspreisen abgegolten. Bei den ausgeschriebenen Bauarbeiten handelt es sich um Trockenbauarbeiten für Wände und Decken im Rahmen der Aufstockung Apotheke (Haus 25) für Labore und Verwaltung. Ausführung auf tragender Stahlkonstruktion in mehreren Abschnitten und Etagen.
