Description

Die Stadtwerke Achim AG plant einen eingeschossigen Neubau als Erweiterung für das Lager- und Werkstattgebäude in der Gaswerkstraße 7 in 28832 Achim. Der Neubau (Bauabschnitt 2) ist in Nord/Süd-Ausrichtung ca. 55,60m lang mit einer Breite von ca. 12,00m. Der Lagerbereich wird in Hoch-und Schwerlastregallager sowie einem Kleinteillager mit einer Ebene unterteilt. Im südlichen Gebäudeteil befinden sich ein Technik- und Schulungsraum und eine Ausbildungswerkstatt. Die Trockenbauarbeiten betreffen innenliegende Räume. Abkastungen und Vorwände sind hauptsächlich an Kalksandsteinwänden herzustellen. Als abgehängte Decke kommen Rasterdecken zum Einsatz. Außer im Schulungsraum sind Verstärkungsplatten für Einsatzleuchten herzustellen. Der Schulungsraum erhält eine waagerechte Rasterdecke mit Einlegeleuchten, einen Deckenversatz und zwei Lichtschächten zur Entrauchung. Nach Rückbau des Kopfbau an der Gaswerkstraße wird eine neue Gebäudeabschlusswand auf zwei Geschossen hergestellt. Hier sind Maßnahmen zum Rückbau des Trockenbau und Herstellung vor Abkastungen vorzusehen. Dies beinhaltet auch Anarbeitungsarbeiten an die bestehenden Wände.
