Die Stadt Hanau plant am Jürgen-Sticher-Platz 1 zwei Erweiterungen der bereits bestehenden Theodor-Heuss-Schule. Die Grundschule soll durch die Erweiterung 3,5-zügig werden und den Schülern ein Ganztagsangebot bieten. Bestandteil dieser Ausschreibung sind die Trockenbauarbeiten (Wände und Decken), Innenputzarbeiten, Maler-, Taperzier- und Lackierarbeiten in zwei Neubauten und in Teilbereichen Bestandsbau. Zur Ausführung kommen Gips- und Kalkzementputz. Leistungsumfang Trockenbau Wände: - GK-Wandflächen ca. 330 m²; - GK-Vorsatzschalen mit und ohne Brandschutzanforderungen ca. 210 m². Leistungsumfang Trockenbau Decken: - GK-Decken, Akustikdecke, gelocht mit gespachteltem Fries ca. 230 m²; - Akustikdecke aus Holzwolle-Leichtbauplatten ca. 750 m²; - Echtholz-Akustik-Paneel-Decke ca. 140 m²; - Mineralfaser-Rasterdecke ca. 120 m²; - Mineralfaser-Hygiene-Rasterdecke ca. 40 m². Leistungsumfang Innenputzarbeiten im Neubau: - Wandflächen ca. 2.850 m²; - Wandflächen Bestand ca. 50 m²; - Deckenflächen ca. 20 m². Leistungsumfang Maler- und Tapezierarbeiten: - Malerarbeiten (Decken + Wände) ca. 4.200 m²; - Tapezierarbeiten (Malervlies) ca. 3.300 m².
