08 Trockenbauarbeiten Haus F Das Gebäude Haus F (Grundstück: Dohnaer Straße 205 in Dresden) ist als Interimsstandort zur Auslagerung von Magazinbeständen des Zentralstandortes der Sächsischen Landesbibliothek- Staats- und Universitätsbibliothek (SLUB) Dresden vorgesehen. Das Gebäude wurde ca. 1995 als Industriebau in Stahlbetonbauweise mit Ortbetonbauteilen, in Teilbereichen auch ausgefacht mit Mauerwerk errichtet. Die letzte Nutzung erfolgte als pharmazeutisches Produktionsgebäude. Gegenstand der Ausschreibung sind die Trockenbauarbeiten im Rahmen dieses Umbaus. Dabei erfolgt der raumbildende Ausbau der geplanten Magazinräume überwiegend mit Trockenbausystemen. Im Rahmen der Trockenbauarbeiten fallen folgende Leistungen an: Trockenbaueinfachständerwände überwiegend mit Brandschutz EG ca. 1.800 m² Trockenbaueinfachständerwände überwiegend mit Brandschutz OG ca. 680 m² Trockenbaudoppelständerwände mit Brandschutz im EG ca. 330 m² Trockenbaudoppelständerwände mit Brandschutz im OG ca. 150 m² Stahlprofilbekleidung mit Brandschutz ca. 400 m Weitspannträgerdecke mit Brandschutz ca. 1.600 m² Akustik- Unterdecke mit GK- Lochplatten ca. 130 m² Unterdecke Gipsplatte ca. 55 m2
