Description

Das DLR plant am Standort Oberpfaffenhofen den Neubau des Galileo Kompetenzzentrums. Das Nutzungsangebot soll ähnlich den vorhandenen Institutsbauten am Standort aufgebaut werden und aus einem Arbeitsplatzangebot für rund 190 Personen sowie Räumen mit spezifischer technischer Ausstattung, insbesondere hinsichtlich raumklimatischer Verhältnisse und Sicherheitsanforderungen bestehen. Zudem ist ein öffentlicher Bereich als kommunikativer Ort für die Präsentation und Diskussion der Forschungsergebnisse geplant. Art der ausgeschriebenen Arbeiten: Die hier beschriebenen Trockenbauarbeiten umfassen das Herstellen von nichttragenden Innenwänden, Installationswänden, Vorsatzschalen und Systemtrennwänden aus Glas inklusive dem Herstellen von Öffnungen und Nischen. Systemtrennwände Glas: ca. 1.100 m² Gipskartonwände: ca. 4.800 m² Ausführung Abhangdecken mit Gipskarton-Akustikplatten, Brandschutzdecken, Streckmetall-Paneelen und Metall-Kassetten. Gipskarton-Akustikplatten: ca. 235 m² Brandschutzdecken: ca. 24 m² Streckmetall-Paneele: ca 1.390 m² Metall-Kassettendecke: ca. 45 m² Ausführungszeitraum: voraussichtlich Mai 2026 - März 2027
