Los 303: Gerüstbauarbeiten - Neubau Ärztehaus 2.0 in der Hansenstraße in Barleben Der Bauherr, die Gemeinde Barleben, plant den Neubau eines Ärztehauses mit 5 Praxen in der Hansenstraße 42 in 39179 Barleben. Im Dachgeschoss befinden sich zudem Abstellräume für die Mieter. Das Gebäude aus einem Erd-, Ober- und einem Dachgeschoss. Es wird nicht unterkellert. Das Gebäude steht frei auf dem Grundstück. Der Neubau wird als konventioneller Mauerwerksbau mit Stahlbetondecken und Satteldach errichtet. Das Dach wird als traditionelles Holztragwerk mit Ziegeleindeckung und Wärmedämmung ausgeführt. Die Aussteifung des Gebäudes wird über ausreichend zu dimensionierende Wand- und Deckenscheiben sichergestellt. Die Gründung erfolgt über eine Stahlbetonsohlplatte mit umlaufenden Streifenfundamenten / Frostschürzen. Die Baustelle wird über die über die Ernst-Thälmann-Straße und die Hansenstraße erreichbar. Die Baustellenzufahrten erfolgen über südöstlich gelegene, künftige Grundstücks- zufahrt. Die Baumaßnahme beginnt im Juni 2026 und endet Ende Oktober 2027. Es gilt der der Bauablaufplan in der jeweiligen aktuellen Fassung, dieser ist die Grundlage zur Abarbeitung des Auftrages. Grobmengen: 1050 m2 Fassadengerüst, LK4, SW09, auf- und abbauen 355 mGerüstverbreiterung, bis 70 cm, erstellen und abbauen 105 m Dachfanggerüst als Erweiterung, erstellen und abbauen 2 St Treppentürme erstellen und abbauen 156 m2 Standgerüst innen, LK3, SW06, auf- und abbauen 36 m3 Raumgerüst innen, LK3, auf- und abbauen 40 Wo Gerüste vorhalten 2 St Fahrgerüste erstellen, vorhalten und abbauen
