Gerüstarbeiten - Umbau Stadtbücherei Die Stadtbibliothek im denkmalgeschützten Villa-Gebäude in Hemer soll umgebaut und um die Räumlichkeiten der angrenzenden ehemaligen Fabrik, sowie des ebenfalls unter Denkmalschutz stehenden, angrenzenden Kutscherhauses erweitert werden. Weiterhin ist die Erweiterung der Bibliotheksfläche im vorderen Bereich zur Straße geplant, welche mit einer großzügig verglasten Pfosten-Riegel-Fassade abschließt und die Gebäude Villa und Kutscherhaus verbindet. Im Zuge der Um/Neubauarbeiten sind Gerüstbauarbeiten anzubieten. Dieses betrifft alle Bauteile (Villa, Fabrik, Kutscherhaus) Das Fassaden/Arbeitsgerüst ist umlaufend um den gesamten Gebäudekomplex zu erstellen. Allerdings ist davon auszugehen, dass die einzelnen Gebäudeabschnitte in verschiedenen Abschnitten ein- und wieder abgerüstet werden.
