Deutsche Rentenversicherung Hessen is procuring scaffolding works for the heritage-compliant renovation of its listed headquarters at Staedelstrasse 28 in Frankfurt am Main. The building complex consists of three parts (main building, intermediate building and Main building). It is to be completely remediated of pollutants and then fully stripped out inside and outside to a shell-like condition, including removal of all technical installations (sanitary, heating, ventilation, lifts, electrical and low-voltage systems), partial removal of non load-bearing interior walls, complete removal of roof, terrace and balcony structures with temporary drainage and sealing, and partial or complete removal of five entrance canopies.
