Description

Die Auftraggeberin betreibt verschiedene Versammlungsstätten in Düsseldorf; die MERKUR SPIELARENA (MSA) und das Sommerkino betreibt D.LIVE GmbH und Co. KG im eigenen Namen, die Mitsubishi Electric Halle (MEH) sowie den PSD BANK DOME (DOME) und das Castello betreibt sie für die Landeshauptstadt Düsseldorf (Betrieb gewerblicher Art Amt 52). Ferner ist D.LIVE Pächter der Rheinterrasse. Darüber hinaus organisiert die Auftraggeberin weitere Veranstaltungen im Stadtgebiet der Landeshauptstadt. Es ist nun beabsichtigt, in der Mitsubishi Electric Halle eine mobile Schließfachlösung (Smart Locker) aufzubauen, die online buchbar und zahlbar sind. Die Schließfächer sollen in einem modularen System zur flexiblen Erweiterung des Systems um weitere Schließfacheinheiten organisiert werden. Vom Auftragnehmer ist ergänzend eine entsprechende Softwarelösung zu stellen, die eine Online-Buchung den Nutzenden der Venue ermöglicht. Ausgeschrieben wird ein Rahmenvertrag mit einem Rahmenvertragspartner. Gestartet werden soll mit einem System mit ca. 320 Fächern an einem Standort (Mindestabruf). Der Rahmenvertrag soll eine Ausdehnung des Systems sowohl am Standort MEH als auch an weiteren Veranstaltungsvenues ermöglicht werden. Der maximale Umfang der Rahmenvereinbarung liegt bei 3.500 Fächern.
