Der Auftragnehmer hat sämtliche Reinigungsleistungen vollständig, fachgerecht und entsprechend dem Stand der Technik auszuführen. Die Unterhaltsreinigung umfasst insbesondere: • Die Reinigung sämtlicher Bodenflächen. • Die Reinigung aller frei zugänglichen Oberflächen und Einrichtungsgegenstände z.B. Tische, Schränke, Rollcontainer, Regale, Fensterbänke, Heizkörper, Beleuchtungskörper usw. Büromaschinen und Einzelplatz-PCs sind von der Reinigung ausgenommen. Die Griffspuren an der Innenverglasung, den Glastüren und an den verglasten Zwischenwänden (in Griffhöhe) sind zu entfernen. Die Innenverglasung selbst, zählt zur Glasreinigung. Art, Umfang und Turnus der Reinigung ergeben sich aus der Anlage D2 Leistungsverzeichnis.
