Description

Im Rahmen dieser Ausschreibung sind die Unterhalts- und Sonderreinigung in den Räumlichkeiten des Sanierungsbereiches Lausitz und der Zentrale nach dieser Leistungsbeschreibung und dem beigefügten Leistungsverzeichnis zu erbringen. Es sind Reinigungsleistungen für Büros, Beratungsräume, Küchen, Mehrzweckräume, Technikräume, Sanitäranlage, Duschen, Umkleidebereiche, Flure sowie den Fuhrpark zu erbringen (Grund- Und Sonderreinigungen). Erforderliche Räumlichkeiten, Ausrüstungsgegenstände und die dafür notwendigen Medien (Elektroenergie, Wasser und Heizung) werden dem Auftragnehmer kostenfrei zur Verfügung gestellt. Der Auftragnehmer verpflichtet sich zum sparsamen Verbrauch seinerseits. Die Aufmaße der jeweils zu reinigenden Bereiche können der Anlage 2 entnommen werden (gesamt ca. 11.251 m²). - ca. 382 Räume - ca. 11.251 m² Unterhaltsreinigung - ca. 620 m² Sonderreinigung (4x jährlich) - Bereitstellung von Sanitärmaterial (Toilettenpapier, Hygienebeutel, Waschgel, Papierhandtücher)
