Description

Die Stadtwerke Lübeck Mobil GmbH betreibt den Öffentlichen Personennahverkehr in Lübeck. Für den Betriebshof im Ratekauer Weg sowie für einige Außenstandorte soll die Leistung der Unterhaltsreinigung (Los 1) sowie der Glas- und Fassadenreinigung (Los 2) neu vergeben werden. Die Reinigungsarbeiten sind überwiegend täglich, aber auch halbjährlich und jährlich auszuführen. Die Leistungen sind überwiegend an folgenden Standorten zu erbringen: Betriebshof: Ratekauer Weg 1-7, 23554 Lübeck ZOB Lübeck Gustav-Radbruch-Platz Lübeck Fährgebäude Travemünde, Vorderreihe 12, 23570 Lübeck Darüber hinaus gehört die Reinigung von diversen DFI-Geräten (Digitale Fahrgastinformationsanzeigen), die im Stadtgebiet verteilt sind, mit zum Reinigungsumfang. Der Leistungsumfang beinhaltet etwa 8.000 m² Unterhaltsreinigung, 5.700 m² Außenflächenreinigung sowie 6.300 m² Glas- und Fassadenreinigung und optional die jährliche Glasdachreinigung am ZOB Lübeck mit etwa 4.000 m².
