Description

Die Stadt Nürtingen beabsichtigt im Rahmen dieser Ausschreibung die Unterhaltsreinigung und Grundreinigung in Schulen, Sporthallen und weiteren kommunalen Gebäuden zu vergeben. Bei den zu reinigenden Objekten handelt es sich um kommunale Liegenschaften im Stadtgebiet Nürtingen, die vom Auftraggeber verwaltet werden. Hierzu zählen überwiegend Schulen, Sport- und Turnhallen sowie Trauerhallen einschließlich zugehöriger Verwaltungen. Die ausgeschriebenen Leistungen sind in zwei Lose aufgeteilt. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Umfang der Leistung: Los 1: Grundfläche der zusammengefassten Objekte - ca. 22.000 m². Im Rahmen der Unterhaltsreinigung wird die jährliche Reinigungsfläche ca. 3.200.000 m² - 3.500.000 m² betragen. Los 2: Grundfläche der zusammengefassten Objekte - ca. 28.000 m². Im Rahmen der Unterhaltsreinigung wird die jährliche Reinigungsfläche ca. 4.400.000 m² - 4.700.000 m² betragen. losspezifisch
