Unterhaltsreinigungsleistungen Die Unterhaltsreinigung für die Dienstliegenschaft umfasst voraussichtlich zum Zeitpunkt des Leistungsbeginns eine Reinigungsgesamtfläche von 44.341,48 m² und eine jährliche Reinigungsfläche von 5.511.145,64m² sowie eine Innenglasfläche von 660,20 m² (einseitig gemessen, beidseitig zu reinigen) und eine jährliche Reinigungsfläche von 5.480,96 m² (einseitig gemessen, beidseitig zu reinigen). Im Lauf des Ausbauplanes wird es voraussichtlich zu verschiedenen Mehrungen und Minderungen kommen. Auf den Ausbauplan wird Bezug genommen. Ob es tatsächlich zu den derzeit vorgesehenen Mehrungen, Minderungen und den vorgesehen Veränderungszeitpunkten kommen wird, ist nach derzeitigem Kenntnisstand nicht verbindlich abzusehen. Der Auftragnehmer verpflichtet sich die Reinigung der Mehrungsflächen -zu welchem Zeitpunkt auch immer- durchzuführen und ausreichend Personal hierfür vorzuhalten. Ggf. ist ein Nachtrag über die Mehrungsflächen zu schließen.
