Das Los 1 umfasst folgende Objekte für die Leistungserbringung: Grund- und Mittelschule, Stadionstraße 2, 86441 Zusmarshausen Leistungen: UR, GR Bodenfläche: 5.301,06 m2 Grund- und Mittelschule - Sporthalle, Stadionstraße 2, 86441 Zusmarshausen Leistungen: UR, GR Bodenfläche: 2.047,72 m2 Mittagsbetreuung, Stadionstraße 2, 86441 Zusmarshausen Leistungen: UR, GR Bodenfläche: 110,51 m2 Schwimmhalle, Stadionstraße 2, 86441 Zusmarshausen Leistung: SB Bodenfläche: 1.117,79 m2 ___________________________ Gesamtbodenfläche: 8.577,08 m2; Der Markt Zusmarshausen benötigt die Unterhaltsreinigung (UR) und die Grundreinigung (GR) für sein Gebäude.
