EnBW Energie Baden-Wuerttemberg AG intends to award two framework contracts covering industrial trucks and forklifts of various vehicle classes, including accessories and attachments. Lot 1 covers the supply and provision of new vehicles, including documentation, warranty and commissioning, under purchase or rental models with an optional purchase right at the end of the contract. Lot 2 covers cross-manufacturer maintenance and servicing, spare parts supply, fault rectification and, where needed, provision of replacement vehicles to ensure operational availability, covering both the existing fleet and newly procured vehicles. The contract period runs from 01.04.2027 to 31.03.2031, with optional extensions.
