Description

Rahmenvereinbarung zur Anmietung von multifunktionalen Kopier- und Drucksystemen DIN A3/A4 Monochrom und Color Es werden multifunktionale Kopier- und Drucksysteme sowie Zubehör auf der Basis von monatlicher Miete und Klickpreisabrechnung ausgeschrieben, die in einer professionellen Arbeitsumgebung eingesetzt werden, in der großer Wert auf einen einwandfrei stabilen, sicheren, leistungsfähigen und produktiven Betrieb der Systeme über die Standzeit von bis zu vier Jahren gelegt wird. Die Systeme werden mit Netzwerkanbindung betrieben und von mehreren Nutzern benutzt. Die Rahmenvereinbarung hat eine Laufzeit von drei Jahren mit der Option auf eine Verlängerung um ein weiteres Jahr. Im Rahmen der Ausschreibung wird unter Kapitel B Punkt 1.10 der Leistungsbeschreibung eine Schätz- und Höchstabnahmemenge definiert. Die voraussichtliche Schätzmenge an abzurufenden Leistungen innerhalb der maximalen Vertragslaufzeit beträgt 1400 Stück. Die Höchstmenge an abzurufenden Leistungen innerhalb der maximalen Vertragslaufzeit beträgt 2000 Stück.
