Description

Beschaffung fabrikneuer Multifunktionsgeräte und Drucker für verschiedene Liegenschaften der Stadt Neumünster Es ist vorgesehen, die A3 Multifunktionsgeräte (Flur- und Etagengeräte) im Wege eines Leasingmodells zu beschaffen, während die A4 Multifunktionsgeräte & Drucker (Tischgeräte) käuflich erworben und mit einer entsprechenden Servicepauschale versehen werden. Nachgelagert zum initialen Massenrollout der A3-Multifunktionsgeräte ist die erstmalige Implementierung einer herstellerunabhängigen Output-Management Lösung (Marktakronyme: FollowMe, SecurePrint, PullPrint, Follow2Print etc.) vorgesehen. Die zu erbringenden Leistungen beinhalten entsprechende Managed Print Services eines Anbieters, um einen dauerhaft störungsfreien und effizienten Betrieb der gelieferten Systeme sicherzustellen. Austausch von 96 A3-Multifunktionsgeräten an den Schulen und regionalen Berufszentren sowie 78 A3-Multifunktionsgeräten in der Verwaltung (einschließlich Kindertagesstätten und Feuerwehrstandorte) durch neue Geräte unterschiedlicher Leistungsklassen in einem initialen Massenrollout. Sukzessiver Austausch von A4 Multifunktionsgeräten & Drucker im Rahmen von flexiblen Bedarfsanfragen seitens der Anwenderschaft. Derzeit sind ca. 600 Bestandsgeräte im Einsatz. Ziel ist sowohl eine Reduzierung der Modellvielfalt als auch eine Optimierung der Gesamtgeräteanzahl. Detaillierte Informationen zu geschätzten Mengen und Höchstmengen der Geräte pro Leistungsklasse sind der Anlage 2 "Preisblatt" und zu einzelnen Standorten und Einrichtungen der Stadt Neumünster der Anlage 5 "Standorte“ innerhalb der Vergabeunterlagen zu entnehmen.
