Der Landkreis Rems-Murr ist für die Erfüllung seiner vielfältigen Aufgaben und die Gewährleistung eines reibungslosen Betriebs auf eine leistungsstarke und zuverlässige IT-Infrastruktur angewiesen. Ein zentraler Bestandteil dieser Infrastruktur sind Drucksysteme, die in verschiedenen Liegenschaften, Abteilungen und Aufgabenbereiche genutzt werden. Im Rahmen der kontinuierlichen Optimierung und Modernisierung der IT-Ausstattung seiner Schulen hat der Landkreis Rems-Murr für sich beschlossen, die derzeit eingesetzten Systeme, die sich am Ende ihres Lebenszyklus sowie ihres Vertragszeitraums befinden, durch neue Geräte zu ersetzen, die den aktuellen technologischen Standards entsprechen. Bereitstellung von Druck- und Systemen inkl. Full- Service und einer intelligenten Printmanagement Software zur Miete über eine Vertragslaufzeit von 60 Monaten zzgl. 12 monatiger Verlängerungsoption. Beschaft werden ca.100 DIN A4 Drucker und ca. 210 Multifunktionssysteme.
