Description

Mietvertrag Multifunktionsgeräte Gegenstand dieses Vertrages ist die zeitlich befristete Überlassung von 327 Multifunktionssystemen ( 2 Leistungsklassen jeweils sowohl Farbe als auch schwarz-weiß) incl. standortübergreifende Managementsoftware für die Verwaltungen und Kliniken der Deutschen Rentenversicherung. Definition der Leistungsklassen: Leistungsklasse 1 müssen grundsätzlich in der Lage sein ein durchschnittliches Monatsdruckvolumen von mindestens 30.000 Seiten zu erzeugen. Leistungsklasse 2 müssen grundsätzlich in der Lage sein ein durchschnittliches Monatsdruckvolumen von mindestens 20.000 Seiten zu erzeugen. Druckgeschwindigkeit: s/w : mind. durchschnittliche von ca. 55 A4 Seiten pro Minute Farbe : mind. durchschnittliche von ca. 55 A4 Seiten pro Minute. Sowohl simplex als auch duplex in beiden Leistungsklassen. Der Vertrag (Full-Service-Vertrag) umfasst die Lieferung, Installation, Inbetriebnahme (mit Schulung) der Multifunktionssysteme ferner die Instandhaltung der Hardware und Pflege der Software, Verbrauchsmaterialien (außer Papier und Heftklammern) sowie die kostenfreie Rücknahme der Verpackung und der Geräte nach deren Verwendung inklusive Deinstallation. Das Dokumentenmanagement muss über eine herstellerunabhängige Pull-Printing-Lösung (sogenannter Follow-Me-Druck oder gleichwertig)erfolgen. Dies beinhaltet die verschlüsselte Zwischenspeicherung von Druckaufträgen und deren Freigabe erst nach erfolgreicher Benutzerauthentifizierung direkt am Ausgabegerät. Vor Zuschlagserteilung erfolgt dahingehend eine kostenlose verifzierende Teststellung beim Auftraggeber.
