Anl. 15 Nr. 15.1 HOAI sowie die Besondere Leistung der Anmietung von mobilen Interimsaggregaten ; Auftragswert: 420.465,76 € netto, 500.354,25 € brutto Für die Erneuerung der Notstromversorgung in der Hauptverwaltung der Deutschen Rentenversicherung Bayern Süd in München Thomas-Dehler-Str. 3 sind Planungsleistungen nach HOAI zu vergeben. Planungsaufgabe ist die technische Gebäudeausrüstung elektrotechnischer Anlagen (Anlagengruppe 4 gem. § 55 HOAI), die hier die Erneuerung der Netzersatzanlage mit der Infrastruktur Notstromgeneratoren, Abgas- und Kamintechnik sowie Tankanlage im Gebäudebestand beinhaltet. Beauftragt werden stufenweise die Leistungsphasen 1-8 des Leistungsbildes Technische Ausrüstung - Anlagengruppe 4 - gemäß Teil 4 Abschnitt 2 HOAI § 55 Abs. 1 HOAI i.V.m. Anl. 15 Nr. 15.1 HOAI sowie die Besondere Leistung der Anmietung von mobilen Interimsaggregaten.
