Die Stadt Oelde beabsichtigt, für die Feuerwehr ein Hubrettungsfahrzeug DLA K 23-12 nach DIN EN 14043-2014-04 zu beschaffen. Die Ausschreibung besteht aus den folgenden Titeln: Titel 1 Fahrgestell Titel 2 Aufbau Angebote können nur für beide Titel als Komplettangebot eingereicht werden. Kompatibilität von Fahrgestell (Titel 1) und Aufbau (Titel 2) ist dabei selbstverständliche Voraussetzung. Fahrgestell: Frontlenker-Feuerwehrfahrgestell zur Aufnahme einer Besatzung von 1 + 1 geeignet für den Aufbau einer Drehleiter DLA(K) 23/12. Länge (Gesamt-Fz.): max. 11.000 mm, Breite: max. 2.550 mm, Höhe: max. 3.300 mm. Wendekreis max. 19.000 mm, zulässiges Gesamtgewicht max.16,0 t Gewichtsklasse M. Motor: Dieselmotor Abgasnorm Euro 6 oder höherwertig, Motorleistung mind. 220 kW, keine Leistungsreduzierung bei Störung- oder Fehlermeldung aus der Abgasreinigungstechnik, der Onbord-Diagnoseeinrichtung oder flehendem Betriebsstoff zur Abgasreinigung, z.B. ad Blue. Eine erhöhte Leistung des Kühlers für den Dauerbetrieb im Stand. Tankinhalt für vier Stunden Standbetrieb oder einer Fahrstrecke von 300 km, Anbau des Tanks möglichst auf der rechten Seite, Der Tank muss sowohl mit der Zapfpistole oder mittels Kanister betankt werden können. Antrieb: Kategorie 1 straßenfähig (4 x2), Differentialsperre an der Antriebsachse Aufbau: Feuerwehrtechnischer Aufbau für eine Drehleiter mit kombinierten Bewegungen (Automatik-Drehleiter) DLA (K) 23-12 auf ein geeignetes Fahrgestell gemäß Titel 1. Mit Abstützsystem, Podium mit Geräteräumen, Leitersatz Rettungskorb und Hydraulikanlage. Zur Aufnahme einer Besatzung von 1:1 und einer Beladung wie beschrieben. Die Beladung der Fahrzeuge ist nicht Gegenstand dieser europaweiten Ausschreibung, die Beladungsliste wird jedoch vollständigkeitshalber der Ausschreibung beigefügt. Abstützung: Lieferung und Montage eines variablen Abstützsystems, bei dem die Stützen einzeln oder paarweise ausgefahren und abgestützt werden können. Die Abstützbreite muss stufenlos von 2.500 mm bis max. 5.200 mm erfolgen können. Rettungskorb: Rettungskorb als Stülpkorb in kompakter Bauweise zur Aufnahme von 5 Personen.
