Description

Bei dem vorliegenden Bauvorhaben handelt es sich um den Neubau einer Wohnanlage für Studierende und Auszubildende, bestehend aus 3 Wohngebäuden und gemeinsamer Tiefgarage. Die Baustelle befindet sich im Baugebiet am Waidesgrund (Baufeld 6), Dr. Walter Lübke Straße 36037 Fulda. Insgesamt wird Wohnraum für 173 Studierende und Auszubildende geschaffen. In den Obergeschossenen der einzelnen Wohneinheiten sind jeweils Nasszellen in Fertigteilbauweise vorgesehen. Gesucht wird der Auftragnehmer für das Gewerk Fertigteilbäder. Gegenstand der Leistung ist die Planung, Herstellung, Lieferung und der Einbau von 84 Fertigteilbadmodulen in Leichtbauweise inkl. Elektro- und Sanitärinstallation, Unterkonstruktion für bauseitige Trockebaubeplankung, Sanitär- und Elektroausstattung, Lüftung, Heizung, Transport und Einbringung (alle Ebenen außer EG). Die Tragkonstruktion des Gebäudes besteht aus Stahlbeton und KS-Mauwerk. Die Innenwände werden zum Teil in KS-Mauerwerk, in Stahlbeton und in Trockenbau erstellt. Das Anliefern der benötigten Fertigbadmodule erfolgt gebäude- und geschossweise in mindestens sechs Abschnitten. Die Koordination ist mit dem Rohbauer und der Bauleitung des Auftraggebers vorzunehmen.
