Der Auftrag umfasst die die komplette über die öffentlichen Telekommunikationsnetze abgewickelte Telekommunikation aller Standorte/Anschlüsse (Sprache / Internet) der Bädergesellschaft Düsseldorf mbH, die einem Auftragnehmer übertragen werden sollen. Die Bädergesellschaft Düsseldorf mbH betreibt ein Telekommunikationsnetz innerhalb des Stadtgebietes mit 17 Standorten, von denen 11 über dedizierte Internetzugänge per eigenem VPN redundant miteinander verbunden sind. Eine Redundanz der Internetzugänge wird überwiegend durch die Anschaltung per Internetzugang über jeweils unterschiedliche Medien (Medienredundanz) an das Internet erreicht (z.B. Erstweg: Glasfaser, Zweitweg: Koaxkabel/VDSL). Der zentrale SIP-Trunk des Voice-Netzes zum öffentlichen Telekommunikationsnetz (Rufnummer 0211-95745, mit einem 3-stelligen Rufnummernblock von 500- 999, derzeit 20 parallele Gespräche) und der zentrale Internetzugang befinden sich am Standort "Kettwiger Str. 50". Ankommende Gespräche werden von der TK-Anlage zu den jeweiligen Standorten über das eigene Sprach-/Daten-VPN geroutet. Zusätzlich ist der überwiegende Teil der Standorte mit All-IP-Einzelanschlüssen an das öffentliche Telekommunikationsnetz angebunden, welche vor allem für Sondertechniken, Notrufe etc. genutzt werden. Bei den ALL-IP-Anschlüssen handelt es sich größtenteils um herkömmliche asymmetrische DSL-Carrieranschlüsse (Ausnahme: Koaxkabel-Anschlüsse) mit jeweils 3-Rufnummern, zwei Sprachkanälen und festen IP-Adressen, terminiert an Fritzboxen vom Typ 7590. Vor diesem Hintergrund hat die Bädergesellschaft Düsseldorf mbH beschlossen, die komplette über die öffentlichen Telekommunikationsnetze abgewickelte Telekommunikation aller Standorte/Anschlüsse (Sprache/Internet) einem Auftragnehmer zu übertragen. Das technische Anschaltkonzept erfordert die Übernahme aller in dieser Ausschreibung aufgeführten Standorte/ Anschlüsse inkl. der geforderten Bandbreiten/Dienstleistungen inkl. der beschriebenen Medienredundanz durch den Auftragnehmer. Dies betrifft die Festnetz-Telefonie und die Internet-Zugänge. Eine kaufmännische Übernahme von Anschlüssen, die aufgrund von nicht vorhandener Infrastruktur eines Anbieters technisch nicht anzubinden sind, ist möglich. Eine Anbindung der Notfallrufnummern erfolgt über die im Router befindliche S0-Schnittstelle mit der Telefonanlage.
