Summary

Machine-generated summary

The municipality of Stockheim intends to award concession contracts to telecommunications companies for the construction and operation of gigabit networks and the provision of end-customer services in underserved local areas of the municipality. The goal is to create comprehensive access to high-performance gigabit networks and to strengthen the business location and competitiveness of local companies. Funding has been granted under the federal Gigabit Guideline 2.0 gap closure programme, with Bavarian co-financing also intended to be applied for. Funding covers investment costs, calculated from the present value of revenues over at least seven years and network build costs. Bids exceeding a viability gap or total financing of 1,000,000.00 EUR net cannot be considered.

Description
