Description

Im Rahmen dieser Leistung ist die Außenhülle der Fahrzeughalle als wärmegedämmte Sandwichfassade herzustellen. Die Arbeiten umfassen die statische Berechnung, Fassadenfachplanung sowie die Erstellung sämtlicher Werk- und Verlegepläne einschließlich aller Detailausbildungen. Auf einer Fassadenfläche von ca. 896 m² wird zunächst eine thermisch getrennte Distanz- und Unterkonstruktion montiert. Anschließend werden wärmegedämmte Sandwich-Wandpaneele mit 100 mm starkem PIR-Dämmkern und einem Wärmedurchgangskoeffizienten von maximal 0,24 W/(m²K) verlegt. Die Fassadenbekleidung soll im Sonderfarbton Feuerwehrrot (RAL 3000) ausgeführt werden. Ergänzend sind Sockeldämmungen mit einer Fläche von ca. 165 m², Sockelverkleidungen, Torsturzverkleidungen, Stützenverkleidungen, Eckprofile, Attikaanschlüsse, Fenster- und Türeinfassungen sowie sämtliche erforderlichen Fugen-, Anschluss- und Abdichtungsarbeiten herzustellen. Die Leistungen umfassen darüber hinaus Aussparungen für Attikaentwässerungen und technische Durchführungen sowie sämtliche Befestigungs-, Zuschnitt- und Anpassungsarbeiten für eine vollständig funktionsfähige und dauerhaft dichte Fassadenkonstruktion.
