Description

SBH | Schulbau Hamburg hat als Landesbetrieb der Freien und Hansestadt Hamburg (nachstehend SBH genannt) die Aufgabe, die Schulimmobilien unter Berücksichtigung der schulischen Belange nach wirtschaftlichen Grundsätzen zu planen, zu bauen, zu unterhalten und zu bewirtschaften und die mehr als 400 Schulen an die Behörde für Schule und Berufsbildung (BSB) zu vermieten. --------------- Auf der Belegenheit Leuschnerstraße 13 wird eine neue Stadtteilschule mit Dreifeldsporthalle gebaut. Die Erstellung von ca. 11.000m² Gebäudefläche mit Räumen für den allgemeinen Unterricht, Fachräumen, Verwaltungs- und Gemeinschaftsflächen und einer Mensa ist geplant. --------------- Hier: Fenster Pfosten-Riegel-Fassade --------------- Holz- Aluminium Pfosten-Riegel-Fensterelemente ca. 94 Stück, Holz- Aluminium-Fensterelemente ca. 128 Stück, Türen ca. 19 Stück, Blechverkleidung Wand und Decke mit Dämmung ca. 185 m², Raffstoreanlagen ca. 59 Stück, Markisen ca. 58 Stück
