Fassadenarbeiten 70-00001-3790-307 "* Termine zur Durchführung der Hauptleistung auf der Baustelle: Leistungsbeginn 23.05.2026; Leistungsende 12.02.2027 * Einzeltermine: Es ist unmittelbar nach Auftragsvergabe mit der Planung der Stahl-Alu Eingangs-Foyerfassade, inkl. Überkopfverglasung aus Titel 03.03 zu beginnen: Vorlage zugehörige Werk- und Montageplanung der Stahl-Alu Eingangs-Foyerfassade aus Titel 03.03 - 5 Wochen nach Auftragserteilung. Es ist mit parallel arbeitende Montagetrupps für die Stahl-Alu Pfosten-Riegel-Fassaden aus Titel 03 und die Holz-Alu Pfosten-Riegel-Fassaden aus Titel 02 zu kalkulieren. * Beschreibung der Beschaffung: Holz-Alu Pfosten-Riegel-Fassade: Holz-Alu Bandfassade außen inkl. Einsatzfenster, ca. 435m² Bandfenster aus einzelnen vorgefertigten Holz-Alu Fensterelemente ca. 32m² Holz-Alu Bandfassade Foyer Innenfassade inkl. Einsatzfenster und -türen, ca. 609 m² Stahl-Alu Pfosten-Riegel-Fassade: Stahl-Alu Bandfassade Treppenhaus ca. 267m² Stahl-Alu Bandfassade Werkhalle ca. 813m² Stahl-Alu Eingangs-Foyerfassade inkl. Dachverglasung mit Dachfenster und RWA, ca. 2234m² Außenliegende Holzlisenen ca. 101 St Aluminiumtüren und Tore, inkl.
