SBH | Schulbau Hamburg hat als Landesbetrieb der Freien und Hansestadt Hamburg (nachstehend SBH genannt) die Aufgabe, die Schulimmobilien unter Berücksichtigung der schulischen Belange nach wirtschaftlichen Grundsätzen zu planen, zu bauen, zu unterhalten und zu bewirtschaften und die mehr als 400 Schulen an die Behörde für Schule und Berufsbildung (BSB) zu vermieten. --------------- SBH |Schulbau Hamburg realisiert auf dem Grundstück Eibenkamp 1, 22559 Hamburg für die Stadtteilschule und das Gymnasium Rissen einen nachhaltig innovativen Holzbau mit offenen Lernflächen, Gemeinschaftsflächen und einer Einfeldsporthalle. Das Projekt ist ein BIM-Projekt und die Kommunikation erfolgt mit der Projektplattform dalux field. On-Boarding Veranstaltungen in das Programm werden zu Beginn angeboten. Die veröffentlichte *.IFC-Datei dient ausschließlich der Information. Aus den Daten können keine zusätzlichen Leistungen, Qualitäten oder Mengenansprüche abgeleitet werden. Verbindliche Grundlage für Kalkulation, Angebotsabgabe und Ausführung sind ausschließlich die Vergabe- und Vertragsunterlagen, insbesondere das Leistungsverzeichnis (LV). --------------- Hier: Fassade --------------- 750 m² Vorgehängte Hinterlüftete Fassade mit Faserzement-Fassadenplatten, sichtbar befestigt 275 m Aluminium Fensterbank 350m Aluminium- Blechbekleidung von Holzstützen 75 m² 1K-PU-Flüssigkunststoffabdichtung 105m² Sockelabdichtung mit MDS
