Description

Die Baumaßnahme umfasst den Umbau und die Neuordnung der Wendeanlage der Straßenbahnlinie 1 am Donaustadion einschließlich der angrenzenden Verkehrsflächen im Bereich Friedrichsaustraße, Basteistraße, Talfinger Straße und Stadionstraße. Ziel ist die städtebauliche und verkehrliche Neuordnung des bestehenden Verkehrsknotens unter besonderer Berücksichtigung des ÖPNV sowie des Fuß- und Radverkehrs im Sinne der Verkehrswende. Im Bestand befinden sich innerhalb des Geltungsbereiches bereits die Wendeanlage der Straßenbahnlinie 1, Teile der Gleisführung, die Straßenbahnhaltestelle Donaustadion sowie Abschnitte der genannten Straßen und begleitende Rad- und Fußwege. Teilflächen sind als Grünflächen mit prägendem Baumbestand ausgebildet.
