Gegenstand dieser Ausschreibung ist ein Rahmenvertrag über folgende Leistungen, die sachgerecht, materialschonend, wirtschaftlich und weitgehend eigenständig ausgeführt werden müssen: - Zur Verfügungstellung von Equipment z.B. aus den Beständen des Auftraggebers. - Lagerung des Equipments in den von der Staatskanzlei angemieteten Lagerräumen. - Transport des Equipments. - Auf- und Abbau des Equipments. - Reinigung und Instandsetzung des Equipments. - Bei Bedarf: Unterstützungsleistung bei Veranstaltungen durch z.B. organisatorische und technische Unterstützung. - Dienstleistung während Veranstaltungen (z.B. Empfangsdienste, Parkraumüberwachung etc.).
