Die Energieversorgung Mittelrhein AG (evm) ist das größte kommunale Energie- und Dienstleistungsunternehmen aus Rheinland-Pfalz. Als Unternehmensgruppe aufgestellt versorgt sie ihre Kunden mit Strom, Erdgas, Wärme, Trinkwasser, Telekommunikation und Lösungen, die ihren Alltag leichter machen. Sie ist nicht nur Experte für Energieversorgung, sondern auch für Heizungen und Solaranlagen. Mit ihrem eigens dafür aufgebauten Team berät sie Hausbesitzer ganz auf ihre Bedürfnisse zugeschnitten. Die evm-Gruppe ist Arbeitgeber für mehr als 1.000 Menschen, mit umweltschonendem und ressourcenorientiertem Handeln und sozialem Engagement. Die evm nimmt jährlich an 10-12 Messen in der Region - nördliches Rheinland-Pfalz - teil. Sie ist für die Planung und Umsetzung von mehr als 10 internen und mehr als 20 externen Veranstaltungen für unterschiedliche Zielgruppen zuständig. Im Rahmen der unternehmenseigenen Veranstaltungsreihe „Querbeet“ finden mehr 30 Veranstaltungen statt. Im Veranstaltungsmanagement benötigen wir in den verschiedensten Bereiche Unterstützung seitens einer Leadagentur in Planung, Durchführung und Kontrolle von Veranstaltungen und Abstimmungen mit Dienstleistern. Vorgesehen ist die Vergabe der Leistungen für zunächst zwei Jahre mit jährlicher Verlängerungsoption. Bitte beachten Sie den Teilnahmeantrag sowie die beigefügten Dokumente. (Lastenheft, diverse Erklärungen) Durchführung von Marketing und Eventmanagement-Dienstleistungen und Betreuung des Kochstudios gemäß Lastenheft. Ziel ist die Auftragsvergabe ab dem 2. Halbjahr 2026. Mindestvertragslaufzeit 2 Jahre mit optionaler Verlängerung um jeweils ein Jahr.
