Unter Events verstehen wir sowohl rein virtuelle, aber auch hybride Events aller Art (Messen, Kongresse, Veranstaltungen) für alle Zielgruppen. Events sollen durch die Unterstützung digitaler Kommunikation und Tools/Plattformen zielgruppen- und themengerecht umgesetzt werden, mit und ohne Präsenztermin. -Teilnehmenden-Management (Einladung zu Events, Registrierung bei Events (virtuell auf der Plattform und on-site beim Event) inkl. Akkreditierung Umfang der digitalen Kommunikation: -Lead-Management (Gesprächs- und Kontakttool bei Messen/Events zur Präsentation von Content und Dokumentation der Kontakte) -Veranstaltungsplattform (zur digitalen Umsetzung oder zusätzlichen Ergänzung von Messen, Kongressen, Meetings, Get-Together usw.) -ContentHub (digitale, eventbezogene Mediathek) -Gamification (spielerische, emotionalisierende Elemente) -Eventshop (Anfragetool für die Ausstattung von Events mit Hardware: Möbel, Rückwände, Technik usw.) mit Anbindung unserer Eventlogistiker -DB-Event-Dashboard Gleichzeitig muss die für das virtuelle/hybride Event zur Verfügung stehende Plattform an das jeweilige Veranstaltungs-Design angepasst werden können und damit einen Beitrag zur Einzigartigkeit und Wiedererkennbarkeit des Events leisten. Sie muss intuitiv und unkompliziert bedienbar sein und damit nicht nur Mittel zum Zweck, sondern wesentlicher Teil des Erlebnisses sein. Die Teilnehmenden müssen sich ohne aufwändige Einführung durch die Plattform navigieren können. Die Leistungen werden für die DB AG und auch für die mit ihr verbundenen Unternehmen und deren Tätigkeiten beschafft. Der Vertrag kann von allen mit der DB AG verbundenen Unternehmen genutzt werden.
