Die AOK Baden-Württemberg beabsichtigt den Abschluss eines Rahmenvertrags mit einer Agentur zur Erbringung der Leistungen für interne Events. Der AN verpflichtet sich durch den Abschluss des ausgeschriebenen Rahmenvertrags dazu, die vertragsgegenständlichen Events auf der Grundlage eines von der AOK vorgegebenen oder vom AN gemeinsam mit der AOK entwickelten Themas oder Mottos und in enger Abstimmung mit der AOK in allen Phasen der Veranstaltungsorganisation und Veranstaltungsdurchführung vorzubereiten und umzusetzen.
