Die Landeshauptstadt Potsdam, vertreten durch den Kommunalen Immobilien Service (KIS), beabsichtigt die Bestandsturnhalle der Theodor-Fontane-Oberschule 51, (3-zügige Oberschule SEK I mit einer 3-zügigen Primarstufe) auf dem Grundstück Zum Teufelssee 2-4, 14478 Potsdam zu sanieren und zu erweitern. Die Sanierung umfasst die sich im Bestand befindliche, Zweifeldhalle (Typ MT 90), welche zusätzlich um eine Einfeldhalle (15x27m) inkl. Nebenräumen entsprechend der DIN 18032 erweitert werden soll. 27 m³ gebundene Ausgleichsschüttung 521 m² Wärmedämmschicht EPS 035 DEO/WAB dh 150kPA, 80 mm als erste Lage 92 m² Wärmedämmschicht EPS 035 DEO/WAB dh 150kPA, 60 mm als zweite Lage 240 m Randdämmstreifen 257 m² Zementheizestrich DIN18560 CT C35 F5 S80 H64, 3 kN/m² 157 m² Zementheizestrich DIN18560 CT C35 F5 S85 H69, 5 kN/m² 107 m² Zementestrich DIN 18560 CT-C35-F5-S65
