Description

Ostwache, Neubau einer Rettungswache; Estrich- und Fliesenarbeiten Die Stadt Kiel beabsichtigt einen Neubau für die Rettungswache Ost mit einem Büroteil für den vorbeugenden Brandschutz. Die Gebäudeabmessungen betragen ca. 49,50 / 20,5 m. Eine Unterkellerung des Gebäudes ist nicht vorgesehen. Die Bruttogrundfläche beträgt ca. 936 m2. Die Traufhöhe liegt bei 9,83m. Die Gründung erfolgt auf baugrundverbessernde Schottersäulen mit einer Lastverteilungsschicht. Das Gebäude ist in Massiv-Bauweise vorgesehen. Das Dach erhält eine Stahlbaukonstruktion mit Trapezblech, teilweise auch in Stahlbeton. Die Fassaden sind aus Klinkermauerwerk und vorgehängten Metallpaneelen vorgesehen. Hauptmassen zur Veröffentlichung zum Leistungsverzeichnis Estrich- u. Fliesenarbeiten ca. 95 m² Wandfliesen Nennmaß 30/60 cm ca. 350 m² schwimmender Estrich ca. 350 m² Bodenfliesen Nennmaß 30/60 cm ca. 75 m Treppenfliesen (Tritt- und Setzstufe) Nennmaß 30/60 cm im Mittelbett ca. 5 m² Sauberlaufzonen mit Einbaurahmen ca. 4 Stück rahmenlose Kristallspiegel d=6 mm max.
