Description

Das Deutsche Zentrum für Luft- und Raumfahrt e. V. (DLR) Braunschweig plant den Neubau eines viergeschossigen, teilunterkellerter Büro- und Laborgebäudes (Gebäude 112). Der geplante Neubau besitzt einen L-förmige Grundrissform mit maximalen Abmessungen von etwa 82,89 m x 44,2 m bzw. 18,44 m. Es ist eine viergeschossige Bauweise mit Teilunterkellerung vorgesehen. Die Verlegung der Tritt- und Wärmedämmung in den Bereichen mit Fußbodenheizung ist aus Gründen des Bauablaufs Bestandteil des Leistungsumfangs des Heizungsbauers.
