Description

Auf dem Areal der ehemaligen Sendeanlage am Stadtrand von Jülich und unmittelbarer Nähe zum Campus der FH Aachen entsteht derzeit ein Wissenschaftspark und innovatives Gewerbegebiet mit rd. 52 ha Fläche entstehen (im Folgenden: „Brainergy Park Jülich“). Der AG hat die Aufgabe, die Liegenschaften im Brainergy Park mit Wärme zu versorgen. Die Gebäude sollen über ein nahezu CO₂-neutrales Fernwärmesystem mit Wärme versorgt werden. Dieses wassergefüllte LowEx-Netz wird von einer zentralen Energiezentrale betrieben, die im Sommer für Kühlung und im Winter für Wärme sorgt. Die Wärme wird dezentral durch Wärmepumpenanlagen bereitgestellt, die in Containern untergebracht sind. Auf dem Grundstück der Brainergy Park Energie GmbH im Brainergy Park in Jülich wird im Zuge der Erweiterung des Wärmenetzes eine Energiezentrale als Neubau in Holzbauweise errichtet. Der Neubau unterteilt sich in eine Halle und in einen 3-geschossigen Baukörper. Im EG gibt es die Niederspannung mit Unterverteilung, Lager, Telekommunikation, Hauswirtschaftsraum mit Heizung, und dem Zugang zum Bürobereich im 1. und 2. Obergeschoss mit 14 Arbeitsplätzen, Besprechungsraum, Teeküche, Loggien und Sanitäreinrichtungen. Gegenstand dieses Vergabeverfahrens sind: • Herstellen von Bodenflächen mit Estrich inkl. Aufbauschichten • Herstellen von Bodenbeschichtung.
