Die vom Auftragnehmer auszuführenden Leistungen umfassen insbesondere folgende Maßnahmen: Kantholz C 24 b/h über 8/8 bis 16/24cm Länge bis 8m ca. 32,0 m3 Kantholz C 24 b/h über 8/8 bis 16/24cm Länge > 8 bis 12m ca. 3,0 m3 Kantholz als Brettschichtholz GL26h b/h 16/24 bis 12/36cm Länge bis 10m ca. 10,0 m Abbinden Sparren, Aufschieblinge, Schwelle, Firstbohle, Mittelpfette ca. 1360,0 m Unterdeckplatte MDF.RWH, Dicke 20mm ca. 950,0 m2 Unterseitige OSB3-Bekleidung, Dicke 25mm ca. 755,0 m2 Das Mitarbeitergebäude 2 gehört zum ursprünglichen Gebäudebestand des Campus der ehemaligen pädagogischen Hochschule. Das Gebäudeensemble wurde Anfang der 90er-Jahre als Gesamtanlage unter Schutz gestellt und als Kulturdenkmale in die Denkmalliste des Freistaates Thüringen aufgenommen. Das Gebäude wurde zwischen 1955 und 1958 errichtet. Es besteht aus einem Kellergeschoss, drei Vollgeschossen und einem nachträglich ausgebauten Dachgeschoss.
