VE06 Dach- und Klempnerarbeiten KURZBESCHREIBUNG VE05 Erweiterte Rohbauarbeiten Die Samtgemeinde Ostheide führt in 21397 Barendorf einen Umbau der Grundschule durch. Der aus mehreren kleineren Gebäuden zusammenhängende Komplex stammt aus unterschiedlichen Erstellungszeiträumen. Bauteil A bis Bauteil D werden mit unterschiedlichem Aufwand umgebaut. Es entsteht ein neuer 2-geschossiger Unterrichtsflügel in Holzbauweise mit Rettungswegen in Stahlbau (Bauteil D), eine Kernsanierung zweier weiterer Flügel Massivbauweise (Bauteil B, Bauteil C), sowie technische Anpassungen im Verwaltungsflügel (Bauteil A). Gegenstand dieser VE 06 sind: Neubau bzw. Sanierung. An verschiedenen Gebäudeteilen. Nicht zusammenhängend. Bauteil D, Neubau Gründach 780 m2, PV 117 Ständer, Oberlichter 1 x NRA, 1 x fest, Dachausstieg 1 St, Absturzsicherung 118 m Seilsystem, Bauteil B, Bestand Oberlichter 10 St, motorisch, in Stehfalzdeckung einarbeiten, Anpassarbeiten Alt-Dach an Neubau 10 m, Strangentlüfter 12 St, einarbeiten in Trapezblech, Ziegeldeckung, Bauteil C, Bestand Kaltdach öffnen, schließen für Einbringung Lüftergerät, Trapez mit Ziegeldeckung Kaltdach 2 Öffnung für Be- und Entlüftung, Trapez mit Ziegeldeckung
