Ausschreibung der Dacharbeiten im Rahmen des Neubaus einer Vierfeld-Sporthalle in der Großenseer Straße 10a, 22946 Trittau. Leistungsumfang umfasst Planung, Abdichtungsarbeiten, Oberlichter/Dachausstieg, Klempnerarbeiten, Bekiesung und Wartungsgänge sowie Brüstungsabdeckungen. Enthalten sind allgemeine technische Vorbemerkungen, Eignungs- und Verarbeitungsnachweise, Nachweise zu Materialien (CE-/Zulassungen, UD-Vorgaben), Baustelleneinrichtung, Sicherheit, Brandschutz, Bauablaufplan, Koordination mit SiGeKo, sowie Dokumentationspflichten (Objekt-Dokumentation). Besondere Vertragsbedingungen regeln Fristen, Sicherheitsleistungen, Ver- und Entsorgungen, Vertragsstrafen, Zahlungsmodalitäten und Nachtragskalkulation. Angebotene Menge und Preise beziehen sich auf Ein- und Mehrkomponenten-Dachaufbauten inklusive Attiken, Dachabdichtungen (FPO), Gefälledämmung (EPS), Dampfsperren, Dachentwässerung, Seilsicherungen, Wartungsgänge sowie erforderliche Zulagen und Zuschläge. Die Vergabe erfolgt europaweit gemäß den einschlägigen Anforderungen der Vergabeplattform.
