Description

Dachdeckung mit Aluminum-Stehfalzdeckung und vorgehängte Fassade mit Alu-Paneelen Dachdeckung Alu-Stehfalz • Dacheindeckung: Hauptleistung ist die Lieferung und Montage von ca. 290 m² Kalzip-Aluminium-Profiltafeln. Dies beinhaltet den gesamten Dachaufbau ab der bauseitigen Trapezblech-Tragschale. • Dämmung: Verlegung von 290 m² Wärmedämmung, aufgeteilt in 210 m² komprimierbare und 80 m² trittfeste Dämmung. • Anschlüsse und Details: Erstellung diverser Anschlüsse, u.a. ca. 48 m Attikaabdeckung und Anschlüsse an 4 Lichtbänder. • Sicherheit: Montage einer ca. 25 m langen Schneefangvorrichtung und eines 20 m langen Seilsicherungssystems. Metallfassade (Alu-Paneele) •Fassadenbekleidung: Montage von ca. 185 m² Aluminium-Verbundplatten auf einer passenden Unterkonstruktion. • Unterkonstruktion & Dämmung: Lieferung und Montage der Unterkonstruktion (Punkthalterungen mit Aluschienen) sowie ca. 185 m² Fassadendämmung aus Steinwolle. • Fensteranschlüsse: Erstellung von ca. 26 m Laibungsausbildung und ca. 41 m Sturzausbildung an den Fensteröffnungen.
